We have been with SAGE a VERY long time, and while we all yet miss a young technician Marvin the amazing Leader Bonnie and Scott have kept the wonderful FAMILY feeling going--taking GOOD care of ALL the LOYAL SAGE customers needs, honor special needs and requests without EVER missing a beat--VERY thorough, do not miss details, using the Long handled broom always to take care of spiders up high for people like me terrified of spiders, extra grub control--the list of helps given by SAGE-- not enough room in a review to share how great SAGE is, thanks to Bonnie especially and Scott our wonderful new technician. I hope anyone reading this remembers Christmas is coming and to send thank-yous to the office for this remarkable crew

Bonnie leads the most amazing crew of technicians in Charlotte NC..whatever the customer needs Bonnie makes sure they are served well and with great kindness..she never makes customers feel like a burden if they have extra needs especially helpful for Seniors who are afraid of spiders as this long time Sage customer...Scott is our wonderful new technician who came in after another well loved technician left so Scott had tough shoes to fill and he's doing great job..also very thorough..whatever is in the notes in customer profile gets done..so I never have to have anyone come back...just can't imagine having anyone but Sage handle our pest control needs As Bonnie and crew are awesome
