Andy was timely, very courteous, kind and accommodating. My ONLY complaint is that I really needed him to make recommendations to us as to what would be the best plan of attack for the best results. I don't necessarily know how pest get into my home, but I would like for the professional to tell me how and how to combat it moving forward. $300 for 22 minutes seems extremely excessive.
