First, I wasn’t notified until this morning at 10 am that it was scheduled. Second, I asked that the tech call before coming out since I couldn’t get an ETA. He called while I was in the shower and then immediately rang my doorbell. My mother told him I would be out in a few minutes, but before I could he was ringing my doorbell again. Thirdly, I had to screw the tops back on to several of my termite bait traps. I’m not even sure if I got them on correctly. This was the worst experience I have had with Sage during the few years I have been a customer.
