Very thorough.

Queltic was our technician this time and he was the best! He was on time, got every inch of the house inside and outside and was very professional. He was super nice too to my son as well. Honestly, we dont care about what kills bugs and what doesn't, we trust Sage to do that for us. But, other technicians in the past have wasted so much of our time explaining how we can do their job basically, and what they Cannot do. It had us reconsidering using them. We have used Sage for over 6 years and Queltic deterred us away from going somewhere else.

Randall arrived and talked with me to ensure that he understood what was needed. He made some suggestions and clearly stated what he was going to do. Further, he explained the anticipated results and next steps if needed. Thank you so much

Sales persons were extremely nice younger sales people who were knowledgeable but not pushy. So far the service reps have come & done what they are supposed to do. Since tthis has been thru the Fall I am happy to report less spiders! As of today 6-30-23 I am happy to report I am still very satistfied with Sage. Very recently I saw a tremendous increase in a few different kinds of ants. I called & immediately they sent a service provider. Brooke is absolutely terrific as she listened, asked & answered questions so that I will ask for her whenever I call. This was a no special cost visit as I got the comprehensive plan (very worth it). I am glad they are who we use

Superior customer service from Alec to get a technician on site to remove bald-faced hornet infestation that was preventing roof access to critical air handling units. Excellent response time and service from Donald! I’d give 10 stars if I could. 90 minutes from initial contact to issue resolved.

Came to take care of beehive on house. Was in time crunch since we were leaving for beach the next day. Sage showed up quick. Ended up getting full pest treatment. While there a storm hit and gutter backed up. The tech proactively got ladder out and unclogged the downspout. Super impressed.
