Sage Pest Control

I had a young man riding a Segway come to my door this afternoon.. he was very very persistent.. when I explained that I did not have time at this moment, he still insisted that he speak to the owner of the house. Even after I explained that my 90 year old mother owned the house and we had just brought her home from the hospital with hospice, he continued to press on having the Home exterminated.. I told him my mother was dying, and I did not have time, for this.. I did not even get the name of the company because I was so upset, and the only way I got him to leave was to finally tell him to go away and slam the door in his face… so if this is your company, I recommend that you train your salesman to be more appropriate

techs that came out today did an excellent job and answered my questions, happy with my service, phillip did an excellent job..

Another great Sage service today from Joe. I had 2 areas of concern. He addressed both concerns right away and then took care of the rest of the house. I will only trust Sage in the the Raleigh area!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Sage. Alec was very helpful in scheduling our one time service. They came out the very next morning! Harley was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions! We would definitely call them again!

Sage provided excellent service at a fair price!

My wife and I attempted twice to schedule with Sage Pest Control. On the first day, they no showed and did not tell us that they were running 30+ minutes late. The rescheduled date, we scheduled for the first service in the morning, thinking this would mitigate the tardiness issue. We were wrong. We advised them that we would be available from 9-10 (the time window they provided) and advised that we needed to leave our residence for another appointment at 10:30, so they would need to be at the beginning of the time window. At 9:45 they sent us a text message that said they would be at our residence in 25 minutes. OUTSIDE of the time window that THEY provided. Sage is a poor company with no punctuality or respect for perspective client’s time. 0/10.
