Sage Pest Control

I had a rat problem and I tried for maybe around a year or longer to get rid of them critters. We have cats and I thought that would get rid of the critters but come to find out the cats would not even mess with the rats cause the rats were bigger than the cats. I called Sage and less than a month our problem was eliminated so I just want to say thanks Sage.

This month James was my technician! He was fabulous. He was on time, respectful of my home and of me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. The entire organization has been able to respond to my calls and texts promptly and guide me on what's next. I am glad someone shared Sage with me.

Sage never had an issue with re-treatment in between scheduled treatments and did them at no charge. Always came out when they said they would. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would continue to use them if I wasn't moving out of state.

I called one other company before Sage and they both had the same pricing model which was annoying. You get charged a flat rate every month regardless of the size of your home. My house is 1200 sq ft and it’s annoying that I pay as much as someone with more area to cover. But it was an emergency as I had just moved to the area, my mother was visiting, and I had a party the following day. Discovering a large miller or flying roach was not fun and so I need help fast to verify there wasn’t a larger problem in my crawl space. So I accepted the contract and I have regretted it ever since because you are locked in it for a year. The last time they serviced was in June and they covered my neighbors house instead of mine. I had to contact them about their mistake and they did come out quickly to rectify it. But here we are over 3.5 months later and they haven’t done a reservice. I have to...
