Sage Pest Control

Horrible customer service!! I was fine with first treatment and actually recommended them to a neighbor friend. Second treatment the guy went to wrong address and when I called to inform Sage about his failure to show up, they didn't seem to believe me. I wasted 20 min of my time then had to wait for him to stop back later that day. He was an hour late and instead of parking his truck in the driveway, he rolled up on our grass to park. He came in scattered brained and asked what he was treating. I said inside and out and informed him of which insects we were having problem with and their locations. He sprayed inside and left but didn't treat outside at all!!! Okay. I guess he knows better than me since he is expert.

Needlesss to say, issue was not resolved and I was in shock that the rep I spoke to didn't bother to apologize. She did say I should have let he know. What?!...

I have been with them for 4 years now and they have not only done an excellent job but all of the technicians that have came to my home has been very professional and courteous. Anytime that I have asked for a "re-service" they have been "johnny on the spot" in detail and attention. I will continue using them....

They keep coming to spray my house and charge me when contract expired even after I told them to stop coming. Basically, I was told they can come and charge me once they email me 2 days before they are scheduled to come.

I have to ask for a written documentation of service cancellation and dispute the charges. I will not consider this company next time when I need pest control and will not recommend this company to anyone. I feel robbed.

Terrible customer service....you stay on hold for long periods and they tried to bill me for something they had no right to...luckily I caught it. Also they try to get you locked in on a ten treatment plan and basically schedule your treatment whenever they feel like it. I went almost a year without them treating my home interior, they kept spraying/treating the outside.

Don't waste your time or money. First issue I had, I was told I would have to wait 7 days before someone could come out and handle the problem and that coming after an 11 minute wait in the phone. Terrible customer service. When I told her that I wanted the service cancelled, her reply was that there is an early cancellation fee. Wow.

Salesman made three rounds around our neighborhood, ignoring the No Trespassing sign, the last one at 8:45 PM. Law enforcement notified.

Salesman has come to my house twice in a neighborhood with no soliciting signs clearly posted. The second time I wasn't home and he made my wife uncomfortable because he hung around outside the house after being told no.

Worst Company i have ever worked with. Sales person will lie to you when signing up. I constantly had bugs after they sprayed. Told them repeatedly i can only have Saturday appointments and it was a hassle on the phone fighting with them every time it was service time. The first couple treatments were not done. The Tech said it was and never performed anything..watched from in my house as he faked the process and left after 10 minutes. Do not trust them that they we even service your house if you are not watching over them. Glad my contract is over and will tell anyone that listens not to do business with them.

Trying to pay a bill on line - the website is horrible - it won't allow you. I have also sent multiple emails asking for assistance - no replies. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I would like to go back to my old company …

Sage came through the neighborhood while we were dealing with fire ants and spiders so we decided to give them a try. They got rid of the fire ants. Which came back. They never got rid of spiders and while we were under the contract that never ends we ended up with smaller ants which we finally just bought bait for because Sage did nothing but take my money. I'm so happy that the contract FINALLY ended. Now I can continue to take care of the bugs myself without feeling the rage at throwing my money away.

Oh, not to mention everytime I called them to complain I was told that we had not told them if issues, they would send someone out. They told me that I hadn't told them of the contributing at least 5 times.
