With severe ant issues that were causing me to seek another pest company Justin showed up, asked a lot of questions, showed a keen interest in my problems, actually listening to my complaints, and then took over addressing the ants head on. After spending a significant amount of time with me, I felt comfortable that the right Tech had arrived. One visit is a start in the right direction with hope that the ants will become a controlled beast and I will be a happy camper once again.
