I have been a Sage customer for years and I have been very happy with the quality of their service and their responsiveness. If I ever felt that something was not right or more treatment was needed they would have someone at my house the very next day if not sooner.
Recently I had to move and I was contacted by a rep from Sage named Cherokee. Instead of trying to upsell me or pressure me into anything she actually LISTENED to where I was in my move and truly was a partner to find the best solution for me an family. While her goal was to retain me as a customer she did that by not treating me as a number and by truly hearing me and understanding what was the best solution for me. I am still a customer and will continue to be thanks to people like Cherokee.
