We have been using Sage at our new home for three years now. They have done a great job with the issues that we had when we first moved into the house. They still come and do regular maintenance and we hardly see any bugs inside the house anymore. Maybe once every few months.
If we have any issues or notice bugs lurking outside, we give them a call and they send someone right out.
