Representative was rude, argumentative when I explained areas that needed to be sprayed. Most frustrating is that he didn't ring bell upon arrival. Had he done so, I would have explained which areas needed to be treated. I've had my yard treated in the past for red ants and fire ants in the past. Today's rep explained that Sage doesn't treat for ants! Half of my yard wasn't treated. He missed the sides and the front part of the yard. The monthly fee I pay doesn't included belligerence and rudeness. Please do not send him to this address again! I want my yard treated professionally and properly in the manner it's been treated in the past.
