Phillip did an excellent job today. He took the time to review how and where product should be applied. He told me of some major fire ant mounds and a trail that he baited to eradicate them. I am pleased with today’s service call and will continue to be a Sage customer for another quarter.

It was an outside service. None of the mouse bait stations were refilled. There are 4 in total. They are all completely empty. Someone needs to come back and refill them.

Usually your company is doing well, but today, it was very poorly done. First, this new guy came in without a mask on. I specifically requested to spray inside the house as well; Main Floor, basement, 2nd Floor. Then after less than ten minutes, he left. Hmmm. I do not know what else I should say.

I love that I always have the same technician and he is always so nice and does a great job. They came back for a concern I had within 2 days. I highly recommend Sage.
