Even though the technician reported that the property had been serviced, there was no evidence on our home cameras that anyone had even been at our address that day from Sage. We were wondering when our next application was going to be done and when we contacted them is when we made the discovery that they had in their records that the property had been serviced. The company did research the technician and found that he was no longer with them. They were very polite in dealing with the situation and had a technician come out in a very timely manner.

I have used other companies with different systems in the past. To date Sage has done everything they have agreed to and when I have issues or concerns they respond in a very timely manner with professionalism and genuine concern. I rarely see insects and when I do they are typically deceased. If I do happen to get some resilient visitors they don't stay long. Thats proof enough for me.

Sage is so efficient and thorough. The guy today even sprayed around my plant bc there is a bird nest in it. I use Sage every year and will continue to do so. Very pleased!
