He was very conscientious and personable.

After supposedly having service done yesterday, I went out to my front porch and saw a wasps nest, a dirt nest of some sort, and several spider webs and spiders. I thought taking those down off of the porch area was part of the normal service. Since that wasn't completed, how can I even know if the tech sprayed around the house. And this is the service I get right after having the monthly bill go up.
