Very happy with the great service for today

I called last week about the amount of spiders in my home. My next service was due today. I was at heard but never heard or saw the technician. I only knew they had "performed my service" when I received this text about my service. After walking the perimeter, all the webs ate still in the windows, eaves, and even at my entry door. I did not see any spray around the doors or windows (which it could have dried). I would give a zero if I could.

Sage failed to notify me of my outdoor appointment today until THIS MORNING when I received an email and text message alerting me to having this unscheduled appointment today. I did not receive a window as to when the technician was supposed to arrive. I tried calling Sage's customer service to obtain information on the appointment window for today and for the technician to re-treat indoors for spiders. I then received Sage's voicemail and a prompt to text their hotline. I texted Sage at 10:30 am EST asking for this information and finally received a text back at 2:15 pm EST. Meanwhile, the technician arrived at my home at 11:08 am EST when I was not home to speak to him and only treated outside (because he obviously was unaware of my request to treat indoors as well). Now, I have to reschedule a reservice for the technician to come back to my home to spray for spiders indoors...

The tech never advised he had arrived. Best as i can tell he never went to the area's of ant problem, since he never spoke to me how would he know?
Lastly, never left card stating service performed.
Will be calling back if issue not resolved.
