When appointment was made I requested an in-home check of mouse traps and insect spray inside since there have been several roaches/etc in last week. I was at home in 1:00-3:00 PM time frame Friday 8/6 and was not aware technician was here and treated only outside until my daughter visited Saturday morning and handed me the card left on outside doorknob. Please reschedule as soon as possible for in-home spray and mouse trap check. Please call at 704-843-6999.
