They are always responsive to our needs. We had tremendous issues with hornets nests this summer. I walked into a nest and was stung 9 times over Memorial Day weekend. I called first thing on Tuesday and they were out immediately. They sent a specialist to abate the issue as well. Additionally, a new nest reappeared the following week and they came out again. Very pleased. No matter what my issue is, they will come out multiple times during the quarter and never complain or make me feel like I’m bothering them like some other companies. Fran

The service technician, Bryce, IS TOP NOTCH!!! He knew which areas needing 'treatment', and he applied the best chemical thoroughly and efficiently with skill. He did not waste time. Bryce, who I believe has carried out my treatment before, (perhaps when I was having a 'mice' problem). He is the technician that all customers prefer. The technician everyone prefers and requests. I plan to request him for my next service.
