NEW CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! So this is in regards to my cousin's account not my own but he does not speak English so I translate for him when he handles things like this. He had a one-year contract (that I set up for him) that was up in September. His card was fraudulently used so they canceled his old one and his last payment did not go through which he did not think was an issue since his contract ended before his card on file was canceled. I received a message from sage pest that stated he had a past due balance of $49 so we called to see what the $49 was for and to pay and cancel the service. The woman on the phone said that has contract was up in September so I had asked why he was still being charged if his contract was up and she said that in the contract it states that once your contract is finished they will automatically start month to month billing (was not told this when I had...
