Sage Pest control has always been top notch!! The tech that came out today, James, was every bit of personable and professional. Super glad the previous home owners had Sage Pest Control as I was new to the area and would've just thought of going with the competitors you see on TV. Sage continues to go above and beyond whenever needed!!

NEW CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I had a one-year contract that was up in September. I received a message from sage pest that stated I had a past due balance of $49 so I called to see what the $49 was for and to pay and cancel the service. The woman on the phone said that has contract was up in September so I had asked why I was still being charged if my contract was up and she said that in the contract it states that once your contract is finished they will automatically start month to month billing (was not told this when I had signed up) which is $49. Cool that's fine, jokes on me. So I asked when the last time they came out to spray my house since currently having a pest issue and the woman stated the last time someone came out to my house was in July and the next visit would be in November. So just in a timeline order, someone came out in July to spray my house, my contract ended in...
