Sage Pest Control is very customer friendly. The technician was most helpful and went over everything that he was going to provide before he started. When he had completed treating our residents he came to the door and gave me a card and explain to me everything that he did and also pointed out some problem areas that my husband needed to address that would prevent pests from entering our home in the future. I am very pleased with the customer service and especially with Alec for all of his answers to my many questions. I was expecting the cobwebs and bugs to also be cleaned off of the front porch ceiling and they were not. I thought this was included in the quarterly service.
