I was invoiced for your full service level amount when your representative performed only partial service due to the weather. This is not appropriate. I'm certainly willing to pay for what I get, but not when your rep is here for just a couple of minutes to do only part of the contracted service amount. I dont appreciate doing business with companies that do this.
