They make everything super easy - from setting up services to payment. The customer service reps have been friendly and helpful any time I have interacted with them. Their technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly. And the text and email reminders are helpful and not annoying.

The service tech is always super(Russel's his name I think). He is always willing to do whatever I need him to do. He is also very well mannered.

I love this company. I had an issue with water bugs, they had invaded my house after a flooded kitchen sink accident. They came in and handled the job right away and I haven’t seen a bug since. They treated not only my house but my yard too. They informed me of other issues such as ants and wasps and took care of them as well. They were so professional and very caring about my property. The best hands down device in Charlotte!!!
