I've never had an issue with Sage until yesterday. I had an appointment from 4-6pm. The technician showed up at 2:15pm (we have a video doorbell). Treated the front yard only due to gate being locked and no one home. Technician came back at 4:45pm. Said the reason he showed up early was because he wanted to go home and take a shower. Tech finally finished the yard and inside on second visit.

The gentleman who serviced my home did a great job. He was also very Courteous, he greeted me with a smile and he even remembered when he serviced my house last and recalled our last encounter which was a year ago. He gave a friendly/neighborly vibe by remembering the last time we spoke.

This review is for the technician who apologized for the confusion previously. He inquired of my wants/needs. Based on that info he gave me his plan of how he wanted to handle the problem. He planted boxes around the perimeter of my property as well as garage.He then sprayed both areas to ensure there will be limited tunneling to my property. He was very pleasant and checked with me to insure I was satisfied.. He suggested that I have the yard guy to blow out clippings to prevent an attraction for bugs. After this he called the office to acquire termite appointment. This relieved me and made me more comfortable with the next door issue.

The man did a great job. He was very respectful
