I hired this company in April and again in late August to deal with an issue I had in my home. After both services, I had to have them come back and repeat the service again because the issue was not resolved! When I saw that the second set of services didn't work, I began questioning if they used the wrong product. Each time I called them, I was very clear on what the problem was and yet they continued USING THE WRONG PRODUCT/SERVICE!! Thus, the issue is still not resolved!!! When I called them and informed them that they had to be USING THE WRONG PRODUCT/SERVICE, they told me to take pictures and send them to them of the issue. THEY DID INDEED CONFIRM, that they were clearly USING THE WRONG PRODUCT/SERVICE to resolve the issue! After they talked to management their resolve was to charge me MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT I PAID TWICE, FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT/SERVICE!!! DON'T WORK WITH THIS...
