Canceled my service today! Asked for my garage, crawl space and screen porch to be included with my service today. The tech told me that doing the crawl space created more problems/bugs because of “moisture” of bug spray. He sprayed the garage at the door opening only. Had to ask twice for him to do porch and he didn’t remove spider webs. Poor service is putting it lightly! $548 a year??? No more!

The lack of knowledge was horrible. I now have ants that has multiple in two of the areas I had to tell the technician to spray. The technician didn’t spray every baseboard and only ask where I saw the ants at after I clearly stated the ants have been invading the house for weeks. They are coming in at an aggressive speed. Not the experience I was looking forward to paying for.

Sage responded quickly to my short lead time requirement for services before a previously planned party. John arrived at the arranged time, was extremely knowledgeable about my need to spray for mosquitoes and mud daubers, and did a thorough job. I'm very pleased.
