I wanted to get roach treatment. A young guy picked up the phone and talked in a tired, lazy tone of voice. When I asked if they run any special/promotion and if there is a technician available. He said, well, it's depend on your house and location. I provided the house description and location. He went around and around like he has no training and just talk non-sense. I made an appointment online. He responded to that appointment. So I would think he is responsible for new account and had some training that know the service. It was very frustrated and unproductive. I felt as if I was talking to a immature young kid + drunk. So it was unprofessional impression of the staff. Then he told me to go somewhere else. I was like are you kidding? What an awful service. I started to doubt that the good reviews here are fake or were hired to write.
