I requested tech come and treat inside of house and my balcony. We opened door and asked tech to wait a second so we could put dog in cage and tech just left paper on door and drove away

I’m having a mouse problem in my crawlspace. The technician came out and said that obviously the mice are getting to my dog food because of the Vitamin K balancing what’s in the poison. There’s absolutely no way that any mice are getting to dog food at my house. My dog food is in sealed airtight containers. I don’t leave food out for my dogs to graze throughout the day. I understand that there may be customers that say there’s no way and they are actually underestimating the possibility, but this is not one of those. There has to be another reason why these mice are not being killed by the poison. I feel like my technician refuses to believe that there could be another reason for this.

Yuri always does an excellent job. His is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and explain everything so I understand. If possible I would love for Yuri to always perform my service.
