Both gentlemen were incredibly knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and took great care in completing the service. We noticed an immediate difference after the first service with our pest issue, but elected for a free re-service to be thorough as we had moved into a home that had been vacated. I am so impressed with Mr. Derrick Busch my service technician. He came out to the house and identified issues I needed to work on for my house. I have now added the ant service for the whole yard and termite protection and I learned I needed a french drain to help prevent water problems that were impacting my house. He is a very caring man.
