This is definitely not an easy experience to write about but I feel it’s important to share the love and compassion that we initially experienced and continue to see and feel with Safe Passage’s. From the beginning Margo took our call and made sure our questions were answered with compassion, and understanding.

When the Veterinarian arrived (Dr. Katie) she was understanding, compassionate and loving. You see, that was the part that stood out the most to us… Loving. This is an organization that operates out of love and compassion for not only the animals, but the families that love and care for them. It’s not easy to say goodbye to a loving animal by any means, no matter what the circumstances.

However, when it becomes that time and your beloved pet has more bad days than good days and has begun suffering, that difficult decision must be made. We will always...

I drove directly to the crematorium & met Matt, the facility manager.
He showed me his facility & I felt relived that I would only receive my dog's own ashes (extremely important to me).

I cannot say enough positive statements about Margo, Xavier, and their staff. Being a mother is so difficult and when your adult children are experiencing one of the most difficult times in their lives, Margo was there. As parents we can’t fix every situation and being so far away makes it more difficult. When my children lost their “fur child Zeek,”Margo was so supportive. Xavier was so professional.

At a very tough time for our family, Safe Passages came on short notice. Everyone was so compassionate. We could not be more grateful !
