Having to say good-bye to my dog… our family dog… after almost twelve amazing years was gut-wrenchingly difficult. Even knowing this, Safe Passages made this moment easy, peaceful, and seamless. Their care and compassion for my dog and our family made an already difficult situation more manageable. We will be forever grateful for the staff, doctor, and Care team. Im heartbroken to say my best friend and sweet fur baby passed away September 29th at 6am. Given the early hours on a Sunday morning, and our minds clouded with grief from a broken heart watching our 14 year old dog pass away from a massive stroke we were incredibly thankful to find this business to help with the process. Safe passages was swift in returning our call and was able to pick up our angels body for cremation by 11am Sunday September 29th. It was noted when we were paying for our dogs cremation that we wanted a cherry wood/mahogany urn. What was delivered to us looks like unfinished wood and isn’t close to what we requested/desired. It’s hard to put into words just how much Safe Passages, Dr. Amy, and Bryan have meant to us during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. On 09/15/24, we had to say goodbye to our beloved baby, Rugiada, as she passed away from cancer complications.
