This is a true review. I stumbled on the number for SafePassages several weeks before my Pomeranian of 15 years passed, he had been sick for several months. I spoke and Margo, she told me to call her any time day or night when he passed . He was supposed to go in to be euthanized on 4/18, but he died in my arms at my home on Sunday 4/17 at 10pm. I called Margo, woke her up and told her my dog had passed. She was wonderful, told me what to do, and was incredibly compassionate after being woken up. Margo said Brian and Matt would be there at 8am to pick up Cota. When Brian and Matt arrived, they were also incredibly compassionate and caring and spent time with me and my neighbors (who were a mess ) talking about how sorry they were. When our dog passed away, we searched for a good place that would take care of our little dog. The Safe Passages team was extremely caring and compassionate to our needs and provided the services we needed at a great price. We appreciated their kindness and would highly recommend them.

Our beloved family dog passed away on a Friday afternoon and we called our vet but we would've had to take him to their office. SafePassages was able to come over that night and were really sympathetic. It was a really sad experience and coping with our loss was difficult, but their staff came through and were able to help us through this hard time while also being exceptionally helpful and kind.
