This company was so kind during a difficult a difficult time. They were patient and compassionate though my tears as I asked questions and helped take the stress away from the process. Everyone I interacted with during the process was nice and respectful. While losing a beloved pet is never going to be a good experience, this company removed the stress and showed kindness and for that I am forever grateful.

I lost my cat, my Minnie pearl, in a very traumatic and unexpected way, I was so devastated, Margo was so understanding, Empathetic and kind to me, I couldn’t stop crying and the way she handled the whole situation was a blessing. Justin came to pick her less than an hour after I call, he was so careful, so compassionate… they did everything I asked for and treated my baby girl with such honor, I felt embraced by them. They returned her to me on time and they were so careful about my feelings. The price is fair, but honesty this is just a detail, they sent me her paw print, a beautiful urn, and even some of her fur that I asked for. A beautiful condolences card, her cremation certificate and planted a tree in her memory, all my pain became comfort with so much care and kindness!!! Very compassionate from my first call to Margo at SafePassages to the two gentlemen who picked up Chance and their compassion to me and Chance during this time. I was completely taken back by their personal service when they delivered Chance’s memory boxes and ashes to my home. When I saw the roses in Margo’s hand when she came to my door, I started crying. Margo explained everything to me and that a tree had been planted in Chance’s name. Everything was done with such professionalism and kindness.

My family and I will forever be grateful for SafePassages during the very difficult passing of our miniature horse, Periwinkle. She brought us love, joy & laughs everyday of her 24 years and was with us through college, marriage, kids & many more life memories. The care and compassion shown to our family made It feel as if SafePassages somehow knew that, how much we loved her and how special she was. I am eternally thankful for Margo and Bryan. We will treasure the beautifully etched pony urn forever!

My experience with SafePassages was nothing short of wonderful. Given the circumstances in which the connection was made, the compassion bestowed upon my family and our beloved fur-baby Remi Leigh was second to none.

We learned of SafePassages through our veterinarian. Our vet coordinated everything directly with them. We said our goodbyes on a Saturday and we were told she would be picked up on Tuesday. On Thursday we received a call that our girl Remi Leigh was ready to come home. Such a bittersweet moment.

The presentation of the urn is beautiful. We received the urn box with her name engraved and a paw print engraved on 4x4 with her name. Based on the package we selected, our urn box was missing her paw print and when I asked about it, without hesitation Bryan offered to remake it immediately as it should have been there.

I am very grateful to this company for the care and understanding they showed me. I called pretty late at night and even though I was upset because of my dog dying, I was able to have everything taken care of over the phone. The whole team was courteous and understanding, from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs this kind of service. Again I am very very grateful even if I cried again when I received my dogs ashes.

Highly recommend. Our 16 year old dog Daisy passed Monday morning,we made the call to safe passages. They were very sympathetic and professional. Wednesday morning they brought her back in a nice wooden urn with her name and paw print. My wife said Justin was absolutely the best. Thanks for what you all do
