Exceptional and professional services. Nobody ever wants to need them but the kindness and empathy they showed myself and my family during a very difficult time was exceptional.

I want to thank Safe Passages for the outstanding services they provided to us. They are somehow both incredibly professional and efficient as well as extremely personal, comforting and sympathetic at the same time.
Our sweet boy passed somewhat unexpectedly. We knew the time was coming but thought we could have a final day or two with him before we helped him cross over. However God had a different plan and sent for him sooner.
From the moment I called (on a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend) I felt comforted that I had made the right choice. Margo was so very kind and compassionate and everything was handled so quickly. It was very difficult for me to let someone take him away -but as soon as I opened the door to Zach his quiet, caring way made it easier and I knew my boy was in good hands.

The staff is so incredibly patient, kind, and supportive during your hardest moments. I felt like I was talking to a friend who've known my dog for years. They cried with me, and for me. I'm forever grateful for their care of, not only my dog, but also myself and my family. 10/10

My fur baby of 14 years passed away a few weeks ago. The next morning I called a few places to make an arrangement to cremate him. It was Sunday morning and none of them answered the phone, except one - SafePassages Pet Cremation. The man answered the phone was very sympathetic. Within an hour or so, I received an email from Margo who was also sympathetic. After I made a payment for cremation which was around 10:00am, I was advised that someone will come by. Around noon on the same day, Matt came by to pick up my baby. He assured us that we would have him back in 2 to 3 days, and as he promised, my fur baby returned home on Tuesday, in a wooden ern with his paw print engraved along with a small wooden plate with a paw print, a death certificate, heartfelt condolences card, and a card with QR code indicating that a tree was planted in the name of my fur baby.

Had a very great experience during a rough time for our family. Safe passages made it very easy and convenient for pick up and drop off of our pet. They were very compassionate.They made a beautiful box for her ashes and it was engraved as well. I also was updated through out the process. I will highly recommend this business for all and any pet cremation needs. Thank you safe passages staff for having a caring heart at such a difficult time.

There is no way to adequately summarize the respect, professionalism, and genuine heartfelt care that Margo with Safe Passages showed when I had to put my beautiful horse, Bruno down Sunday night. Losing him at such a young age (6) was devastating. Margo handled the entire situation quickly, with wonderful communication, and with the reverence that should be given to any member of a family that passes away. If you have found yourself in need of this service, I cannot recommend Safe Passages enough. Thanks to Margo and the rest of the team, we are able to begin healing, knowing that our best boy was cremated with peace and dignity after being put to sleep by our Veterinarian. Thank you to Leslie who removed his body with such dignity and grace. Words simply aren’t enough.

I cannot recommend this business enough! One of our neighbors lost her sweet dog yesterday. I found Safe Passages this morning and once all was set, they picked up her beloved pets remains for cremation within 2 hours. In a few days they will return with the remains in a Maplewood box with her paw print on it. They were compassionate and professional and their rates were lower than the other businesses offered. At a time of grief, to know a business like this exists is beyond helpful. 🐾 ❤

The person on the phone was very helpful, accommodating and kind. The vet and her assistant were very professional and compassionate. The euthanasia was quiet and peaceful. They returned her remains and her pawprint to our house a few days later. Their service made this difficult time less stressful.

Everyone was very gracious, especially Anthony who picked up and delivered our Thomas… But i made it clear Thomas last name was Gann not my last name Marr!
I requested cherry wood and didn’t get that!
I was also told I would be getting is paw print etched in glass and it was a piece of paper!
