My cat wasn't feeling well and I was going to bring him to the vet after work, but I got home that night and he had already passed. SafePassages was very calm, professional, and understanding. They scheduled a pickup right away, answered all of my questions, and handled everything with respect. Their on-call office and both drivers (one for pickup and one for delivery) were all very polite and professional. The cremation itself was relatively quick, too. When they called to schedule delivery and heard I was at work, they delivered his remains to me instead of leaving him at my residence where no one would be able to receive him. The box and pawprints were lovely and the note about a tree being planted was a nice surprise. My neighbor's kid had really liked my cat, so I brought everything over to share with them. Safe Passages made a very tough situation better than I could have expected or hoped for. Communication get our appointment scheduled and finalized was easy and they were very accommodating on short notice. Dr. Rachel had such a calm peaceful presence about her which made such a difference. she gave us time as we said goodbye, she showed love and compassion as well. Truly a blessing. In addition we received our dogs ashes back so quickly. The wooden box, paw print, tree planted certificate and the card was all so wonderful and meaningful. 10/10 recommend!

I would recommend this service to everyone who has a fur baby! They were absolutely incredible from the first call to the delivery! Amazing service and I will definitely use them when the time comes for my other two fur babies! Love this company and can’t say enough about them.
