The staff at Safe Passages were sympathetic and attentive to our needs during a very sad time for our family. We have never lost a dog before and did not know the steps to take following her passing at home, but they did a wonderful job explaining the process and helping us get through it without having to leave our home once. They arrived in a hour to pick her up and hand delivered her ashes a few days later.And the cost was minimal compared to others in the area. Would recommend if you're in need of the services they provide.

made a difficult time easier to handle

Sadly our beloved English Bulldog Cooper passed last week and we contacted safe passages because I had met Margo and one of her Co-workers last year. This company is absolutely the sweetest most compassionate I have ever had to do business with. Margo came to pick up our Cooper and was such a bright supportive light in a horrible situation. We received Cooper back yesterday and even the gentleman who brought Cooper home was very compassionate and understanding. This company as a whole is filled with people who truly love animals and I will never trust anyone but them moving forward with animal cremation. They treat you and your fur baby with such love and respect. 1 Trillion percent would recommend. Thank you everyone at Safe Passages for everything you did to take care of my baby during this. We are forever grateful.

Sadly for us, we required their services twice over a two week period. These people are the most competent & compassionate we have had the good fortune to come upon. We highly recommend them. We thank them for their service at a very trying time.
