Our sweet Pickles crossed over the Rainbow Bridge early on a Sunday morning. I have never had to deal with a fur baby passing away at home. I called SafePassage at 9:15 am on Sunday and they answered immediately. They had someone at our house who handled our baby with care. They had Pickles remains back to us Thursday morning that same week. Someone from SafePassage reached out to us to offer condolences regularly.

Pet & Equine was 100% customer service and caring people that I spoke with to set everything up. The woman who came to our home to retrieve our beautiful Emma was wonderful. The 2 stars was for the woman who came out to put Emma to rest....it was the worst experience ever. She made the process long and sad, she couldn't hit a vein to save her life, she had to inject our pet 3 times!! Twice in the heart. I still have nightmares about it. Emma's gums were white, her heart beat was so light you could barely hear it (my son said) but she was breathing still just as normal.
The technician said that her heart stopped but not her breathing... For 10 minutes??? If I'd known she was NOT a Dr I would have said no! I pray they never use her again. It's bad enough your ending your pups life but then to have this happen just turned into a nightmare.
