On tv Ryson shows an old flashing for a chimney as needing maintenance or replacing. Old flashings are perminate there are many parts for keeping the flashing perfect. I have had trouble with crooks trying get me to pay for mine with sub -standard techniques. I wonder if I’ll have to do mine myself?

JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE , I am using another contractor on my roof replacement on another house we purchased.
Four years ago I experienced the quality of work this company doses not do. They also charged my insurance company ten
thousand dollars more than they first quoted me. No communication because roofers don't speak English and if they could this company will not let them communicate with you.
