I informed Mitch of Ryson Roofing that I wanted like kind and quality boards used to replace any wet decking (charged at $100 per board). I came home to find OSB used that clearly is different from what is on my roof- no word or communication at all. Was later informed that OSB is the standard that is used but not happy with the non- communication.
When I arrived home, I found leftover materials right in the middle of my yard with no communication although many had my number and email as I had been communicating with them.
I have pictures by request.
Do not expect communication from this company when it comes to you or your property until it is time to pay.
