One of the best Properties to stay in UK. I have lived there for one week and they offered me with great services that made my stay awesome. Talking about the location of this property, everything is easily reachable and i didn't face any difficulty to go to other public places.

We are staying at an apartment in Roker hosted by Ryan Luke at Luke Stays / Luke capital group.

We've had no electricity because they are too cheap to top up the meters.

We have made a formal complaint to Airbnb who are investigating it.

Instead of apologising for putting us up in your disgusting apartments, STOP advertising your properties with fake images.

Great stay in Newcastle city centre apartment. Apartment was clean and well looked after. Communication was good. We will definitely stay again.

These guys are an absolute joke of a company. Their Roker Apartments in Sunderland are disgusting. Stained carpets throughout the property, no heating or hot water, power cuts because they don't top up the meters, rubbish bags piling up for weeks causing a terrible stench, filthy kitchen with nothing to cook in, blown bulbs with no one to fix it...

Their maintenance company is outsourced to Africa and no one ever picks up the phone. We will be making a formal complaint to Airbnb to ensure their listings are removed until they resolve the above. Don't waste your money with Luke Stays.

Their apartments are very poor quality and their customer service is non existent. We will keep posting reviews across all social media platforms to warn all future guests who may be considering them.

Our accommodation in Ford Green (Stoke-on-Trent) was filthy, with no working toilet. In the 3 days we stayed there they could not get it fixed or even keep us informed. Even after our stay the organization has not replied to any communication. Would never ever recommend this organization to anyone!

Update: not a word from the management team 5 days later.

A home away from home. Really clean and comfortable place which is located perfectly on the sea front! Highly recommended.

Elmire house had everything we needed for a great stay while working in the area

Great property, very clean, well placed for Stadium of Light and other city/local area amenities and attractions, Staff excellent and very helpful, will certainly use again, a great and more economical alternative way to stay rather than hotel or B&B.
