We booked this hotel to stay for 4 nights. Overall, for the price of the room we obviously didn’t receive a 5* hotel experience. The room was clean, towels were provided as well as small bottles of shampoo and body wash. As expected, the walls themselves and the curtains weren’t of the best condition. It wasn’t hard to use the door lock, however, the biggest downside was the lack of stuff in the building, as well the fact that some tenants kept leaving their trash in the “reception”. Our only main problem was that the back door facing the car park wouldn’t accept the pin from the front door, so we couldn’t access the building without walking around the block. Like mentioned, this room was the cheapest in the are and after reviewing the comments online we were unsure of what to expect. Hotel situated in a quiet street with many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Online check in and digital-key entry very easy and convenient. Room warm, comfortable and very clean.

Really pleasant and clean rooms. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff there are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Had a nice time at this location, the proximity to various stores and bus-stop and recreational activities made me to explore the city more. Thank you so much

My stay at the Jesmond, Newcastle apartment was cosy and peaceful, met nice people, so much great restaurants around, bus stop was 2 minutes walk away, secure check in and cameras in the right places! It was a perfect stay for me!
