It was a nice flat with a very good location being very close to everything. However there was no wifi also the heating didn’t work. Apart from this everything was perfect.

AVOID STAYING WITH LUKE HOMES, Absloute joke. First of all i was charged the deposit twice (£150 taken form my bank twice when it should of been once). Been 3 weeks and still havent got it back, they're trying to tell me it wasnt taken twice when it clearly was ive sent them my bank statement, and the original £150 deposit they arent giving me back claiming there was vomit on the floor when no one was sick, and there was stains everywhere, broken chairs, the apartment was a state and I got the blame for the stains already on the carpet even though i took videos and pictures of everything when we first arrived at the apartment. DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TOI ROB YOU ITS AN ABSLOUTE JOKE

Dirty, unkept, disappointing stay. Had to leave as there was hair everywhere, white stains on the sofa, dining room chairs had various stains, pubes everywhere in the bed, linen was poor quality and I'm sure if I'd have stayed I would have come across something else.

Imagine my disappointment after arriving at 10pm to this absolute tip of an apartment. Would not or could not recommend to anyone, very poor.

When I told them that I had left as the property was unkept struggled to get hold of them. When I finally did they refused a refund stating that I should have given them a chance to rectify the issues before leaving. I made every attempt including calling them, was redirected to a chat with no response. So ended up booking a hotel, which was a complete breath of fresh air.

Do not stay with these guys, go elsewhere.

Ryan was a great host, with excellent communication whenever I needed anything. The place was nice, and the location was a bonus (central station being just a 2min walk).

Would love to return back, whenever I’m in Newcastle. Cheers!

The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. Decor is amazing. Very comfy. Only problem was the WiFi wasn't working up all weekend despite being told it was fixed and the hot water was set on a timer. So we had hot water in the day but none in the evening.
The team are very responsive and helpful. Location is fab. And views are lovely.

Spent money we couldn’t afford on an apartment to have our daughter over, We live 6 hours away and wanted somewhere clean, she could come and stay. The place was disgusting, stained cushions, under sofa bed hadn’t seen a clean in months. Hair down the plug holes, drawer un clean in bathroom, it stank and made us feel sick, cobwebs, rusty microwave, broken handle on window in bedroom, so you couldn’t close it. The view was a pile of rubbish scattered everywhere. Left a day early cause of upset stomach. Won’t be staying again!!
