RTD Snow Plowing

We have had RTD clear our driveway for 3 years. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Always responsive to our questions and helpful. Their drivers are very careful of out lawn and occasional car in out driveway. Highly recommend using RTD. Thank you RTD looking forward to another year of excellent service.

Usually, companies stay about the same over the years, but not RTD. We have been customers for several years and seen the company develop. Their equipment has gone from the traditional plow on the front of a pick-up truck to a rear-end plow, to a snow blower machine that looks like a Star Wars prop. High tech is the name of the game. I have suggested to 2 other neighbors to use RTD and they are also pleased with the service they receive. The one inch snow fall trigger is a true and welcomed service. PLUS, RTD returns if the snow keeps falling. When we first started using RTD, I thought they missed an area of our driveway and called the office -- sure enough, the truck reappeared and fixed the area of concern. Last season we had a late storm which was passed the contract limits, but RTD showed up to plow our driveways on their own initiative. Great customer service.

I have used RTD Snow Plowing for five years and am very pleased with the service. Their rotary plows do not damage the surrounding areas the way push plows do. They return a second time to clear snow banks caused by street plowing. Email notification of plowing Times is available when requested and plowing is done in a timely manner.

I like RTD. There was no damage done to my grass or driveway as which can happen with plowing. They cleaned the driveway in a timely manner and came back to clean the end of the driveway after the plow had gone by. I will continuing using RTD for my snow removal again this year.

I loved RTD Snowplowing because their service is excellent. They come for snow of 1 inch or more. We receive emails
from RTD that keep us up to date so we know approximately when they are coming. We know when they have completed
their first passes on the driveways. We also check their website that gives us updated information.

I continue to use (love is kind of strong) RTD for winter plowing because of the emails they send. We go south for the winter and we enjoy getting the messages from MN. They keep us very well informed about what they are doing. I especially like that you continue to monitor the driveway after the snow has stopped and the county plows go pass again. We will continue to recommend RTD to our friends.

We have used RTD for 2 years and will use them again for the 2019/2020 winter season. The equipment is the first thing that sold us. We really like that the snow is being blown rather than pushed into piles. The 1 inch trigger is great too. And these folks are very responsive. We appreciate that they communicate the situation and inform us of what we can expect. A good company and reliable. I would suggest that any one in Roseville check them out.
