Upon calling RTD, I made the decision to put half down so I could be on the priority list. They were prompt to get somebody out as soon as the weather permitted to wash my home and power wash/strip my deck. Once again, as the weather permitted, they were prompt to come back and apply the stain. John Luke,, the gentleman who applied the stain, did an outstanding job and made sure to check with me before leaving to insure I was happy and satisfied. RTD Will definitely get the call next time the home needs washing or it’s time to do the deck again!

I received a quote very promptly and the customer service continued to be great throughout the process.
