Service was better than I have experienced from any "trade related" business for some time. Maybe a little bit more from a price perspective, but you'll forgot about that after working with them.
The June/July rain made it a challenge - because on a couple of occasions, the rain faded the stain before it was dry. RTD did not hesitate whatsoever - but immediately sent technicians to re-stain any areas that needed to be addressed. It's cliche' to say "you get what you pay for," but it is 100% with RTD.
