I have used RTD for several years. I have two decks at my home so they are here usually once each year. I have always been satisfied with their work and their customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.

Oily stain is on siding & aluminum rail/spindle system.Underside of top rail is thick & gooey with stain & stuck full of anything that was in the air If you bump/touch spindles, skin/clothes get stained. I've been cleaning spindles, & am hoping hot soapy water will remove all of the awful stuff on the rail, but it's going to be a time-consuming task. I hope it comes off! The cedar itself overall looks good.I chose RTD because of work being done by hand, but it was sloppy & I didn't expect to be left w/a big clean up project.

Rtd did a great job cleaning and staining my deck. Their technicians are friendly, efficient and detailed oriented. I’m a repeat customer because they stand by their product. Would highly recommend.
