We are disappointed in the services as both the prep and finished progress leave a lot to be desired for the money. Our house and porch wall and screen areas were a mess after the pressure wash as all the debris was blown into the porch. Also, the stain coat is uneven with spots that were missed. We have used RTD before as it was higher cost but good service and a good looking final product. That was not the case this time.

Good job on the fence and gazebo but the deck isn't at all brown like it should be. It looks unfinished

The team did a satisfactory job painting and staining my deck.

The issue I have is that they promised to leave their leftover paint/stain cans or provide me with a small canister that I could use for touchup work later on.

This never happened, and when I followed up with Ryan a couple time to ask about it, he ghosted me. Didn’t even write me back to politely explain why it wasn’t possible, which would have been fine.

It seems like the customer service abruptly stops once the check is cashed.
