Super! Happy with the end result. I’ve been with RTD for many years and don’t plan to change that!

wish there is a zero rating for this terrible company. We have them for a few years. every year we swear we should cancel them. Snow blow never come almost 24 hours later Every time. We have two houses using their service in the same cul-de-sac. We have to shovel ourselves. This year there were heavy snow. I missed quite a few events because I couldn’t get out of the driveway. Terrible service. We called many times during the day nobody calls you back. always the same voice message. DON’T HIRE THEM. TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Several of us in our neighborhood have used RTD for snow removal services for years. We get a discounted rate because we all sign up as neighbors in the 55113 zip code area. They get out and clear our driveways after the snow is over or close to being over. They let us know their plan with an email and they also post on X/Twitter. This service makes winter life quite a lot easier!

February 8, 2025, this is the third plow event announced by RTD for this year and they skipped my and my neighbors driveway by when they declared they had completed today's plowing. the first plowing of this year was not the same quality and very late in the day as from experienced previous years I have contracted with them. This year's second plowing event was at a more expected timing but also of lower quality than historically experienced. I do not know why this year RTD is doing so poorly but unless I see improvement I will be looking for a new plowing service in 2025-2026.
