I would describe my experience with R&R Physical as awesome, very caring and welcoming.

I had been with 3 different Therapists and tried several different therapies for knee pain. Before giving up all hope of walking without extreme knee pain - then I decided to try one more therapist - I found R&R and it has been a life changing experience for me....
In 2018, after 3 yrs in a mobility scooter, Jeff discovered & corrected my issue. No scooter since. In 2018, 3 days prior to a cruise, my husband experienced a sharp snap that resulting in great knee pain. Doctor said MRI & Surgery. My husband saw Jeff 3x in 3 days and walked all over Canada, no pain since (4 yrs). Anne has determined the cause of reoccurring rib pain and the treatment is providing relief. Jeff & Ann are phenomenal in finding the source and applying the correction to ease pain. Friends and colleagues have been referred and report avoiding surgery and finding relief.

I’ve been seeing my R&R therapist for several weeks following surgery. Anne is an astute listener, and extremely creative in her ability to find the subtle movement or position to further my healing journey, all the while being friendly and responsive. She introduced several helpful exercises, and products that have furthered my ability to deal with lymphedema.
