Jeff and Anna are both great, and have helped me a lot with different things.
So when I was around 11 years old I fell from a tree onto my tailbone. This caused me to be sympathetic response dominant, so to say.
This caused a host of different symptoms such as: constipation, brain fog, sensitive and dry eyes, sensitive hearing, low energy levels, poor sleep(I used to consistently wake up 3-6 times a night), high heart rate for my fitness level(over 90 during sleep), shallow breathing, difficulty focusing on tasks, and some symptoms of depression, although I didn't get tested for depression.
