R&R Physical Therapy

I had been with 3 different Therapists and tried several different therapies for knee pain. Before giving up all hope of walking without extreme knee pain - then I decided to try one more therapist - I found R&R and it has been a life changing experience for me....
In 2018, after 3 yrs in a mobility scooter, Jeff discovered & corrected my issue. No scooter since. In 2018, 3 days prior to a cruise, my husband experienced a sharp snap that resulting in great knee pain. Doctor said MRI & Surgery. My husband saw Jeff 3x in 3 days and walked all over Canada, no pain since (4 yrs). Anne has determined the cause of reoccurring rib pain and the treatment is providing relief. I’ve been seeing my R&R therapist for several weeks following surgery. Anne is an astute listener, and extremely creative in her ability to find the subtle movement or position to further my healing journey, all the while being friendly and responsive. My doctor referred me to Anne following my abdominaplasty and liposuction surgery. I was very swollen and healing slowly. The lymphedema therapy she gives has made a world of difference. I really wish I had been referred sooner. She has also helped me with my protein intake, back, and hip issues. She is very caring, knowledgeable, and listens to all I tell her. Tailbone injuries are the worst. It’s almost impossible to treat. The good news is Jeff Rau is here and knows what to do. Anne really listened to my issues and concerns. She had a plan, but was flexible to add or change things to get at the problem area. I appreciated the hands-on nature of the sessions, much more effective than sending me to ride the bike for 10 minutes or do an exercise by myself. She set up goals based on our conversation, and we visited these often to note progress. One of my biggest goals was to be able to walk several miles per day while on an upcoming vacation — we worked together to get me ready, and I met my goal for the trip! I was experiencing very difficult nerve pain in my arm from bulging discs in my neck. My shoulder muscles had shut down and were contributing to the compression of the nerves. I had been in pain about 4 weeks and had a lot of difficulty sleeping. I was able to get into R&R Physical Therapy within a few days of calling to begin treatment. My therapist took great care in assessing my issues, reading my MRI report and then developed a plan of treatment. It took 5-6 sessions along with some homework and my pain is remarkably better.
